حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِىِّ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ قَالَ إِنَّمَا كَانَ الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ رُخْصَةً فِى أَوَّلِ الإِسْلاَمِ ثُمَّ نُهِىَ عَنْهَا.

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِىُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِى الْجَحَّافِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ إِنَّمَا الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ فِى الاِحْتِلاَمِ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى سَمِعْتُ الْجَارُودَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ وَكِيعًا يَقُولُ لَمْ نَجِدْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ إِلاَّ عِنْدَ شَرِيكٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَأَبُو الْجَحَّافِ اسْمُهُ دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِى عَوْفٍ. وَيُرْوَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِىِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْجَحَّافِ وَكَانَ مَرْضِيًّا. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِى الْبَابِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ وَعَلِىِّ بْنِ أَبِى طَالِبٍ وَالزُّبَيْرِ وَطَلْحَةَ وَأَبِى أَيُّوبَ وَأَبِى سَعِيدٍ عَنِ النَّبِىِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ.
